This antibody was prepared against  GST Yb1 from rat liver preparations. It reacts specifically with GSTs of the mu class and does not cross react with alpha or pi class GSTs. It reacts strongly with GST Yb1 and Yb2 for both rodents and human (M1-1, M2-2).
