PKC-beta II Peptide

This peptide sequence (661F-V-N-S-E-F-L-K-P-E-V-K-S673) was used to make the  Anti-PKC-beta II (Human) antibody (PK20). It is distinct region of protein kinase CbII C-terminal Sequence: NH 2 -C-F-V-N-S-E-F-L-K-P-E-V-K-S-COOH. This will compete with the anti-peptide antibody in Western blotting for confirmation of the PKC specificity of the antibody binding.
