Human PAI-1 Recombinant LRP Binding Negative has been recombinantly produced in E. coli and purified by affinity chromatography. PAI-1 mutant with subsitution of Glutamic Acid for Arginine at postion 76. This greatly reduces PAI-1 binding to low density lipoprotein receptor-related protein (LRP). An additional mutation (Isoleucine 91 to Leucine) provides increased stability for long-term binding experiments.
