Human PAI-1 Recombinant tPA Specific has been recombinantly produced in E. coli and purified by affinity chromatography. A triple mutation (P3Tyr-P2Ser-P1Tyr) to wild-type Human PAI-1 that selectively inhibits tPA. Urokinase (uPA) inhibition is limited to 1/25,000 of tPA inhibition.
